Lease Details
The monthly rental rate is set at $2,500 plus HST, with heat & water/sewer included. The Tenant pays their own hydro. A 40amp hookup is in place for a commercial oven & stove, and 20/30amp receptacles to accommodate air fryers, microwaves & hotplates. The basic rental arrangement will be established as a one year lease, with option to renew annually or an option to lock-in for a 5 year period, with terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by both the Tenant and Landlord. Intended use: “sit-in and take-out restaurant establishment, specializing in food & beverage, and with optional catering services”. No deep-fryer, grill or grease-trap shall be used or permitted on the premises. Seating is designated at a capacity of 10-26.
